That's right! We made it. Well, 20 of the 21 students in the program made it to the Marriott Executive Apartments, where we will be staying, on time. One student had a scheduling issue and will be coming in a day late. The rest of us got settled in our rooms and then headed out on foot to a local restaurant with Emese, a Hungarian woman who will be teaching the students Hungarian this week and leading them in other cultural adventures. The food was excellent and the conversation was good. Tired and happy we all headed back to the hotel to get a good night's sleep for our first night in Hungary.
